•Build brand loyalty through strong product knowledge, memorable shopping moments, and authentic engagement with fans.
•Implement visual merchandising directives and ensure efficient store operations and continuous talent development.
•Recruit, retain, and develop talent and partner with Divisional Sales Manager and HR to address performance issues.

Key Requirements
