Job Summary

Own end-to-end firmware verification delivery for platform features during pre-silicon and post-silicon phases. Develop verification methodologies, drive implementation and validation, and debug complex cross-component issues to unblock execution. Collaborate with firmware, simulation/virtual, design verification, driver teams, and program partners to identify dependencies and track risks. Create verification requirements, test plans, and cases, and perform functional, regression, and performance testing using scripting and CI tooling.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end firmware verification delivery from scoping and design through implementation, validation, and release, ensuring correctness and maintainability.
•Drive implementation and validation tasks and contribute to design specifications and technical proposals with cross-functional firmware teams.
•Debug and resolve complex cross-component issues in pre-silicon and post-silicon environments to unblock execution.
•Partner with program managers, architects, and verification/firmware teams to identify dependencies, risks, and execution gaps and track progress.
•Surface issues early, drive them to closure, and balance short-term delivery with long-term technical health.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: RSD 3,839,640 - 5,485,200 annually

Key Requirements

•Experience in firmware verification with solid pre-silicon and post-silicon functional verification understanding and clear ownership of deliverables.
•Extensive full verification lifecycle experience (design, implementation, debugging, validation, sustainment) with strong analytical/troubleshooting and issue management skills.
•Expertise in firmware QA concepts, best practices, and procedures, including improving validation processes and methodologies.
•Develop verification requirements, test plans, and test cases with firmware/verification teams, including creating and reviewing requirements and test plans.
•Ability to conduct functional, regression, and performance testing to validate firmware functionality and stability.
