Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver a strong client experience by listening for financial wellness opportunities and providing customized financial recommendations and referrals for investment and insurance products.
  • •Consistently attain individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals and expectations.
  • •Build and maintain a client referral pipeline by prospecting, networking, documenting calling efforts, and leveraging centers of influence.
  • •Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of private client products and services and competitive offerings to support meaningful financial wellness conversations.
  • •Open personal and business accounts, support branch operations including teller transactions as needed, and ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •FINRA S6, FINRA S63, FINRA Security Industry Essentials (SIE), and Life, Accident, and Health Insurance licenses.
  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
  • •Experience developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly and influence business partners through centers of influence.
