Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Process Improvement, Product, DevOps, IT, Security, and other teams to identify and understand workflow and process problems.
  • •Map existing workflows across systems, stakeholders, handoffs, dependencies, and bottlenecks.
  • •Identify automation opportunities and determine which problems are suitable for technical intervention.
  • •Design, prototype, build, and productionize automation solutions and integrate them with internal systems and product workflows.
  • •Work independently from discovery through implementation and establish patterns/best practices for a broader Forward Deployed Engineer capability.
