Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with drilling/completions teams and contractors to promote safe execution of drilling, completion, well intervention, and related work
  • •Provide field-based safety coaching and support to personnel on completion rigs, workover operations, and construction activities
  • •Conduct pre-job planning, hazard identification, JSAs, and risk assessments; perform field inspections, audits, and safety observations for compliance
  • •Facilitate incident investigations, near-miss reviews, and corrective action follow-up; coordinate process safety reviews, plans, and audits
  • •Serve as a subject matter resource for contractor safety management and life-critical procedures; support emergency preparedness and maintain readiness

  • •Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), Associate Safety Professional (ASP), Certified Safety Professional (CSP), or similar Occupational Safety & Health certification or CCPS (Process Safety Professional)
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PC skills
