Job Summary

Support SoFi Bank’s regulatory reporting by preparing, reviewing, and submitting key filings for the bank and bank holding company. Research and document new regulatory requirements, respond to federal regulator inquiries, and maintain regulatory reports in Axiom ControllerView. Review reconciliations and intercompany transactions, improve efficiency and risk controls, and assist with quarterly reviews, regulatory exams, and year-end audits while coaching accounting staff and interns.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare, review, and submit regulatory filings for SoFi Bank and the bank holding company, including Call Report and FRY reports.
•Research and document new and revised regulatory reporting requirements, and prepare responses to federal regulator inquiries.
•Maintain regulatory reports in Axiom ControllerView.
•Review account reconciliations, journal entries, supporting documentation, and intercompany transactions in accordance with GAAP and Regulation W.
•Support quarterly reviews, regulatory exams, year-end annual audit, and coach accounting staff and interns as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 86,400 - 162,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4-5 years of relevant experience in a professional, fast-moving environment.
•Strong background in banking or financial services institutions.
•CPA designation preferred.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and analytical follow-through including meeting deadlines.
