Lead architectural decisions for GenAI initiatives that turn brand knowledge into verified, on-brand content at scale. Build multimodal systems using NLP and computer vision, and drive innovation in embeddings, learning-to-rank, and reinforcement learning. Architect end-to-end LLM/VLM multi-agent and enterprise-search workflows for both offline training and online production, designing evaluation pipelines with LLM-as-judge, benchmarks, A/B testing, and human-in-the-loop validation. Mentor senior engineers and collaborate across research, data, and product.
