Key Responsibilities

  • •Shape the technical vision and roadmap for GenAI initiatives that extract structured insights from brand knowledge and generate verified, on-brand content at scale.
  • •Architect multimodal systems for grounded content generation across text, image, and video using NLP and computer vision techniques.
  • •Drive dense, sparse, and hybrid representation innovation (embedding models, contrastive learning, metric learning, learning-to-rank, reinforcement learning) to improve retrieval and recommendation at scale.
  • •Architect end-to-end AI systems using LLMs, VLMs, multi-agent frameworks, and enterprise search for offline training and online production workflows.
  • •Design and run evaluation systems for AI outputs using LLM-as-judge, ensemble evaluation, offline benchmarks, A/B testing, and human-in-the-loop validation while managing cost, latency, accuracy, and compliance constraints.

Salary: USD 206,400 - 379,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •14+ years of AI/ML experience with a strong track record of technical leadership, including shaping technical vision and ML roadmaps.
  • •Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Computer Science (or related field) or equivalent experience.
  • •Deep expertise across NLP, Computer Vision, Deep Learning, and Generative AI.
  • •Expert experience with LLM fine-tuning (LoRA, QLoRA), prompt engineering, RAG/GraphRAG, vector databases, multi-agent orchestration, and agentic workflows.
  • •Strong proficiency with modern ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow/Keras, JAX, Hugging Face, CUDA) and Python, plus MLOps/LLMOps experience across cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
