•Support, supervise and motivate the store team to achieve sales objectives and maximize opportunities while delivering exemplary customer service.
•Manage retail operations including stock, procedures, and staff scheduling to optimize sales, monitor performance, and ensure security and brand standards.
•Represent the store in the absence of the Store Manager and maintain a strong on-site leadership presence.
•Influence sales through hands-on leadership on the shop floor and ensure adherence to Visual Merchandising guidelines.
•Act as a brand ambassador, embodying Pandora values and delivering a memorable in-store experience.

Key Requirements

•Experience in managing a retail boutique or similar leadership role in fashion/jems retail
•Ability to lead, coach and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and provide exemplary customer service

•Strong presence on the shop floor with ability to influence sales and maintain brand standards
•Availability to work weekends and public holidays, with proficiency in English considered an asset
