Job Summary

Learn and train on calibration and production operations as an entry-level Mechanical Manufacturing Technician on the 2nd shift. You’ll set up and operate test stand equipment to check spray quality, angle, and flow, record parameters by serial number, and support product conformance through testing and documentation. Follow EHS, Quality, and Continuous Improvement standards while preparing to certify under general supervision.

Key Responsibilities

•Learn how to set up and operate test stand equipment to check nozzles, spray bars, and valves for spray quality, angle, and flow.
•Learn how to set up and operate a laser marker and printer according to procedures and specifications.
•Record spray parameters by serial number and certify product conformance through test results and documentation.
•May learn to disassemble, repair, and assemble products according to specifications.
•Follow EHS, Quality, and Continuous Improvement rules and complete production documentation; support overtime/extended shifts as needed.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires an HS Diploma; if no HS diploma or GED, 2 years of relevant experience is required.

•Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees and management.
