Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, prototype, and ship GTM agents on the Databricks platform, writing workflow logic and tools and iterating in notebooks and SQL.
  • •Define agent behavior (decision logic, escalation paths, governance guardrails, and edge-case handling) and implement evaluation with experiments and A/B tests.
  • •Set a 2-quarter roadmap for the agent area, make prioritization calls, and write lightweight PRDs/Business Intent Docs.
  • •Run structured feedback loops with end users (often AEs and front-line managers) and convert insights directly into agent improvements you build and ship.
  • •Debug and validate agent behavior using your own queries to ensure quality and performance.

  • •Have 5+ years across product management, GTM strategy, sales ops, or a field-adjacent role, with at least 3 years owning a product or program end-to-end.
  • •Strong product development judgment for UI and the seller experience, including knowing when an agent helps vs. adds overhead.
  • •Run structured feedback loops with end users and distinguish signals worth a roadmap slot from one-off complaints.
  • •Comfort designing decision logic, escalation paths, governance guardrails, and handling edge cases for agent behavior.
