  • •Drive scheduled cycle counts to adjust stock accurately and avoid out-of-stock SKUs.
  • •Use and interpret data/reports to support operational duties and reduce shrinkage loss.
  • •Monitor and investigate negative stock levels and follow up with the store team as needed.
  • •Implement continuous improvement by partnering with Senior Management, Supply Chain, and Planning to achieve operational results.
  • •Manage arrival of stock, processing and replenishing, and returns coordination with external stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous retail stock management experience, including cycle counts and product launches.
  • •Experience in people management and coaching within a retail environment.
  • •Ability to interpret and input data for daily reporting using Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint and SAP (desirable).
  • •Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • •Physical fitness to lift and shift boxes up to 15kg.
