Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive scheduled cycle counts to identify needed stock adjustments and avoid out-of-stock SKUs.
  • •Utilize and interpret data and reports to support operational duties and reduce shrinkage loss.
  • •Monitor and investigate negative stock levels and follow up with the store team as needed.
  • •Train and educate the team on shrinkage and back-of-house policies and procedures.
  • •Process and replenish arrival of stock, manage returns, and liaise with external stakeholders for stock pick-up.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous retail stock management experience including cycle counts and product launches.
  • •Experience with visual merchandising and managing profit & loss of stock levels and sales forecasting.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint, and SAP (desirable) for daily reporting.
  • •Ability to work a 38hr rotating roster to support store needs.
  • •Physical fitness to lift and shift boxes up to 15kg.
