Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, oversee, and continuously improve the predictive maintenance program, including inspection schedules and equipment selection for inclusion based on criticality and reliability objectives.
  • •Determine predictive maintenance methodologies, and specify selection, calibration requirements, and appropriate use of predictive testing equipment.
  • •Apply advanced predictive tools (vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis) to assess equipment condition, anticipate failures, interpret data, and refine program parameters.
  • •Provide technical leadership and instruction to maintenance technicians and employees on predictive maintenance techniques, procedures, and performance evaluation against standards.
  • •Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analyses for complex mechanical, electrical, and control system issues; evaluate corrective maintenance strategies and deliver analytical reports to leadership.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 66,110 - 112,551 annually

Key Requirements

  • •CMRT certification (required) and demonstrated competency across the four CMRT domains: maintenance practices, preventive & predictive maintenance, troubleshooting & analysis, and corrective maintenance.
  • •Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance, reliability engineering, or related technical roles requiring independent judgment.
  • •Advanced working knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and applicable safety standards.
  • •Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving capabilities to support predictive maintenance decisions and investigations.
  • •High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree and technical or specialized training highly preferred.
