Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage General Ledger accounting and month-end/year-end closing activities.
  • •Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and review key accounting entries and reconciliations.
  • •Coordinate statutory audits, internal audits, and financial statement reviews, including audit schedules and supporting documentation.
  • •Act as the Finance SME for Microsoft Dynamics 365, managing and reviewing accounting transactions and supporting ERP enhancements, UAT testing, and process improvements.
  • •Lead and mentor the accounting team, review deliverables against timelines, and support performance and capability building.

Key Requirements

  • •Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
  • •5-6 years post-qualification experience in finance and accounts.
  • •Strong experience in financial accounting, reporting, audits, and internal controls.
  • •Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) is mandatory.
  • •Experience with month-end close and financial statement preparation, plus strong stakeholder management skills.
