Key Responsibilities

•Build and maintain Key Account plans for responsible accounts with short- and medium-term strategies focused on value-based selling.
•Deliver the annual sales plan for key accounts, improving share of wallet and profitability through quantified business metrics.
•Coordinate cross-functional interactions between Avery Dennison and key accounts on a monthly and quarterly cadence.
•Publish monthly Key Account dashboard performance and manage the opportunity pipeline for share gain and new innovation projects.
•Ensure timely accounts receivables collection to meet DSO targets and monitor competition/industry trends to propose risk-mitigating actions.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience with strong understanding of the selling process for both self-implementation and influencing a team.
•Ability to effectively use sales tools and selling techniques, including thorough knowledge of SPIN.
•Ability to analyze sales data and numbers and translate them into actionable items.
•Good executive presence and strong communication skills to work with peers and multiple customer stakeholders.
•BE/B-Tech engineering and MBA desirable (not necessary).
