Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the main onsite lead for Candlelight Concerts, managing staff and communicating with the Fever Originals Manager.
  • •Manage the full onsite staff roster and schedules, and coordinate with staffing vendors when schedules change.
  • •Oversee onsite staff training and key on-the-day tasks including ticket checks, guest seating guidance, and pre-concert candle setup.
  • •Manage venue supplies and inventory, printing materials, and the guest list for each performance.
  • •Run opening/closing announcements (primarily pre-recorded; sometimes live guidance needed) and share weekly reports with the Fever Originals Project Manager.
