Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise customers on talent acquisition vision, aligning it to SmartRecruiters solutions and best practices.
  • •Lead end-to-end SmartRecruiters implementations from discovery and design through deployment and adoption.
  • •Oversee complex engagements by managing scope, risks, timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment.
  • •Drive adoption and value by validating success criteria, analyzing KPIs/usage data, and removing adoption barriers.
  • •Support growth by participating in pre-sales activities and presenting recommendations to senior customer stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years delivering or leading SmartRecruiters implementations or comparable enterprise SaaS solutions in client-facing consulting roles.
  • •Proven ability to lead complex engagements; PMI or Six Sigma (or similar) project management certifications are a plus.
  • •Strong business process design and transformation background, including IT architecture (Signavio experience preferred).
  • •Solid experience in change management, transformation programs, or strategy consulting.
  • •Demonstrated success building trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and effectively presenting to senior audiences.
