Business Banking Relationship Manager

Manage and service a portfolio of commercial customers by building and maintaining strong relationships that drive high satisfaction and retention. Serve as the primary advisor for credit and customer needs, handle loan renewals and modifications, and support customer prospect calling. Partner with regional and team leaders on credit requests and underwriting, including loan structuring, negotiating/pricing, collateral analysis, loan booking, and annual credit reviews while ensuring compliance and accurate loan reporting.
