Provide preventative and diagnostic care in patients’ homes as part of a traveling care team. Ensure you have the proper supplies/PPE, use modern technology to access schedules and coordinate care securely, and perform services such as phlebotomy, specimen collection, diabetic foot screenings, retina exams, and ECGs. Label and manage samples, coordinate lab/shipment drop-off, and deliver compassionate, patient-centered low-acuity care while working autonomously.
