Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute strategic priorities, business initiatives, and organizational objectives in partnership with the Business Enablement Leader.
  • •Lead complex cross-functional initiatives from planning through implementation, managing deliverables, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
  • •Evaluate business processes and functions, identify opportunities for improvement, develop recommendations, and drive implementation.
  • •Identify and evaluate opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve effectiveness and streamline processes.
  • •Coordinate governance and reporting mechanisms and prepare executive communications for quarterly business reviews, operating committee meetings, strategic planning sessions, and executive leadership meetings.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • •4-6 years of experience in banking/financial services, with experience in Commercial Banking or a related business support function preferred.
  • •Ability to navigate ambiguity and independently assess situations, develop solutions, and resolve issues to deliver results.
  • •Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills to gain buy-in, build consensus, influence without authority, and build credibility.
  • •Proficiency using Salesforce and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with advanced Excel and PowerPoint; Salesforce CRM and reporting tools preferred.
