Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and supervise an interdisciplinary clinic team, facilitating collaboration and running daily care coordination meetings to oversee treatment plans.
  • •Own intake by connecting new patients to clinical resources and leading individualized treatment plan creation.
  • •Directly engage in complex patient care, supporting the team and intervening as needed to meet member needs.
  • •Partner with clinical and operational stakeholders to plan and execute strategic initiatives that improve quality, outcomes, and cost-efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold an unrestricted registered license in California as a Psychologist, LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, or LPCC.
  • •Bring prior experience working with severe mental illness (SMI), other mental health challenges, and addiction, including counseling and individualized treatment plans.
  • •Demonstrate the ability to lead, coach, and negotiate to support patients and the organization.
  • •Show interpersonal excellence in one-on-one and group settings with strong communication and adaptability.
  • •Be well-organized and proficient with basic computer skills.
