Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish the programme structure, governance model, and delivery cadence, including outcomes, scope, milestones, roles, and decision forums.
  • •Translate strategic objectives into an integrated programme roadmap and plan, and coordinate stakeholders across business, product, technology, operations, risk, and controls.
  • •Manage programme-level scope, milestones, dependencies, critical paths, resources/capacity, costs/forecasts, risks/issues/decisions, and related governance requirements.
  • •Coordinate opportunity assessment, prioritisation, mobilisation, and integrate requirements, solution delivery, testing, controls, and operational readiness.
  • •Lead pilot design, implementation, adoption, and value-measurement activities; monitor progress against agreed outcomes and facilitate executive updates and decision papers.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong programme-management experience across complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple projects and workstreams.
  • •Experience leading programmes with integrated planning, governance, and dependency management across delivery teams.
  • •Ability to manage programme risks, resources, costs, forecasts, and executive reporting.
  • •Ability to translate strategic objectives into executable roadmaps and delivery plans, including identifying critical dependencies and cross-project impacts.
  • •Working understanding of requirements, testing, controls, implementation, and operational readiness; knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methods.
