Job Summary

Lead and manage the branch to deliver an excellent customer experience aligned with U.S. Bank culture and core values. Set performance expectations, coach and develop team members, and make day-to-day people decisions. Drive customer market share growth through partnerships across wealth, business banking, mortgage, and payments while ensuring strict compliance with banking laws, NMLS requirements, and internal policies. Key Responsibilities

•Empower and lead the branch team by setting goals and performance expectations, communicating priorities, and holding team accountable to actions and results.
•Provide day-to-day management including candidate selection and decisions related to compensation, promotion, discipline, and termination.
•Coach, develop, mentor, and train team members to improve performance and foster teamwork and collaboration.
•Identify and direct financial resources to meet customer needs using U.S. Bank products and partner offerings, expanding customer base and improving customer experience.
•Ensure compliance with banking laws and regulations, including NMLS registration requirements, Anti-Money Laundering/Bank Secrecy Act requirements, and internal ethics and suspicious activity reporting processes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
•3–5 years of experience working in a sales, retail management, or banking environment.

•Solid knowledge of teller and platform functions, including processing transactions, balancing cash, opening accounts, and sales techniques.
•Effective analytical, interpersonal, leadership, and relationship-management skills to evaluate credit requests, prepare budgets, and resolve problems with minimal guidance.
