Key Responsibilities

  • •Answer customer questions and requests from via chat, phone and webcare, ensuring customers are pleasantly surprised with service
  • •Guide customers through insurance matters and, in case of a claim, assist with online processing to make the process fast and smooth
  • •Listen to customer needs and respond accordingly, turning signals into action
  • •Collaborate with team members to continuously improve our service delivery and contribute to Allianz Direct’s innovation
  • •Identify and leverage commercial opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction and retention

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum MBO-4/HAVO/HBO work- and thinking level
  • •Available for at least 24 hours per week (flexible), including one evening once per week
  • •Proficient in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
  • •WFT Basis and Schade Particulier completed or willing to obtain at our cost
  • •Ambition to develop an additional skill after completing the WFTs
