Key Responsibilities

  • •Support execution of the national Workplace Risk strategy for Workers’ Compensation.
  • •Perform workers’ compensation data input and analysis using proprietary tools and templates.
  • •Provide regular client interaction, including onsite/face-to-face meetings as required.
  • •Identify revenue enhancement opportunities within the designated client portfolio.
  • •Manage interfaces with Client Service Support, Claims, and Global/Corporate and National Broking teams, and build stakeholder relationships with insurers and regulators.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong knowledge of the workers compensation market, ideally with exposure to underwriting, policy registration and premium models in a state jurisdiction.
  • •Ability to interpret workers’ compensation legislation and articulate advice succinctly.
  • •Experience managing a client portfolio or demonstrated consultancy capabilities.
  • •Strong interest in articulating value through data and analytics.
  • •First-class communication, report writing and presentation skills, with a proactive growth mindset.
