Key Responsibilities

•Lead the operational planning for the vertical, monitoring and optimizing key indicators such as productivity, order loss, idle time, staffing accuracy and staffing performance.
•Set and analyze per-store productivity targets to maximize efficiency and quality balance.
•Audit and optimize the current automated staffing model, adjusting parameters for seasonality, events and demand deviations.
•Design optimum staff plans for each store to ensure efficient coverage and staffing.
•Design and implement operational incentive schemes based on productivity to motivate in-store teams.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of experience in Operational Planning, Supply Chain, or Workforce Management
•Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and SQL (essential) with experience using data visualization tools (DataStudio/Tableau)
•Experience with scheduling software (e.g., Orquest)
•Experience with Generative AI tools (Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude) for automation and data analysis
•Proactive, autonomous, strong analytical skills and ability to transform large data sets into actionable decisions
