Participate in an onboarding and education program with rotations across Operations, Sales & Service, Lending, Small Business, Preferred, and Sales & Operations Management. Build strong Consumer and Small Business relationships using a consultative sales approach, conduct Financial Needs Assessments, and contribute to an integrated book of business strategy. Learn to source, develop, coach, and lead a team while supporting a One Bank culture and community involvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Complete FCMA onboarding and roadmap from day one through program completion, including the Consultative Selling Skills Certification.
•Deepen Consumer and Small Business customer relationships and deliver a memorable customer experience.
•Maintain working knowledge of Fifth Third products, services, processes, and internal resources to guide and lead the team.
•Use a consultative sales process to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
•Develop and support an integrated book of business strategy, including Financial Needs Assessments and proactive ongoing support; learn to source, develop, coach, and lead a team.

Key Requirements

•College degree or 2+ years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
•Ability to represent Fifth Third Bank professionally in verbal and written communication.
•Capable of analyzing credit and financial information.
•Ability to execute and coach sales activities.
•S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
