Key Responsibilities

•Monitor daily field operations to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local EHS regulations and company policies.
•Perform regular tunnel and surface inspections, including pre-shift walkthroughs, equipment checks, air quality sampling, and confined space protocols.
•Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective/preventative action implementation.
•Conduct job hazard analyses (JHAs), risk assessments, and toolbox talks with crews.
•Maintain EHS documentation, training records, and regulatory reports.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in construction or heavy industrial EHS roles (tunneling, mining, or oil & gas preferred).

•Experience conducting field audits and writing JHAs, incident reports, and environmental compliance documentation.
•Comfortable working in underground environments and around heavy equipment.
•CSP, CHST, or equivalent certification is a plus.
