Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical ownership and may act as prime technical contact for complex mechanical subsystem problems across design, manufacturing, integration, and production sustainment.
  • •Develop and document technical data packages (TDP), including presenting in design reviews and ensuring compliance with requirements.
  • •Perform mechanical design/development documentation for components, sub-assemblies, and end items for defense system equipment.
  • •Review tolerance analyses and improve designs using DFMA/Design for Producibility to ensure form, fit, and function.
  • •Support production activities including first hardware builds/first article inspections, review process instructions, and perform root cause investigations for production-related issues.
