Senior Engineer Supervisor, Geotechnical

Lead the Mine Geotechnical program at Highland Valley Copper, overseeing geotechnical work from open-pit and rock storage design through execution. You’ll supervise and guide geotechnical engineers, coordinate internal resources and external consultants, manage dewatering well installations, and ensure design compliance. Focus on safety leadership, slope monitoring, risk mitigation, budgeting and cost reviews, and communicate geotechnical risks and recommendations to mine management, planners, and operations personnel.
