Job Summary

Own and operate Baseten's internal AI stack, building and deploying AI agents and LLM-powered workflows that boost engineering productivity. You’ll tailor coding assistants to Baseten's codebase, evaluate third-party AI tools, and measure impact on velocity, quality, and developer satisfaction, while collaborating with platform and engineering teams to push AI-enabled SDLC improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and operate the end-to-end internal AI stack—from model selection and integration to deployment and monitoring.
•Build and maintain custom AI agents and LLM-powered tools tailored to Baseten's engineering workflows.
•Evaluate and roll out third-party AI developer tools, configuration, and onboarding.
•Instrument AI tool usage and measure impact on engineering velocity, code quality, and developer satisfaction.
•Stay at the cutting edge of AI tooling, agents, and developer productivity research—and bring the best ideas back to the team.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 230,000 annually
