Job Summary

Own the product planning program for Card Benefits Platform & Affluent Channels within Visa’s Product Operations leadership team. Drive long-term strategy execution by building planning and prioritization infrastructure, crafting executive-level narratives, and running review sessions to align scope, dependencies, and success metrics. Translate strategic priorities into OKRs and milestones, and evaluate business-critical ideas through research, analysis, and business case development in a hybrid environment.

•Orchestrate objectives and key results, translating strategic priorities into coordinated milestones and goals.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years with an Advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD), or 2 years with a PhD.
•Experience in strategic program management or business operations (6+ years preferred), including SaaS and scaled customer-facing environments.
•Demonstrated experience developing strategy, building business cases, and influencing cross-functional and senior leaders.
•Strong analytical and quantitative skills to structure ambiguous problems and use data to guide decisions.
•Exceptional communication skills, including executive storytelling and change management.
