Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage procurement activities for FM projects, covering approximately AED 50–100Mn annual spend.
  • •Develop sourcing strategies and manage RFQs, bids, tenders, eAuctions, and eSourcing processes.
  • •Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage suppliers while monitoring performance and relationships.
  • •Lead price negotiations, contracts, commercial agreements, and Letters of Intent in line with procurement policies.
  • •Ensure sourcing activities comply with legal requirements, internal policies, governance standards, and best practices; provide sourcing recommendations and progress reporting to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Understanding and application of best-in-class procurement processes, systems, and practices.
  • •3+ years’ experience in contracting or category management (preferably with a Bachelor’s degree).
  • •Proficiency or familiarity with SAP Ariba, Microsoft AX, Oracle, and eRFx platforms.
  • •Strong analytical, conceptual, problem-solving, planning, and prioritization capabilities.
  • •Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing, negotiation, relationship-building, integrity, and professionalism.
