Key Responsibilities

  • ā€¢Build the GTM program platform for startups, developing shared infrastructure, tooling, and agentic systems to automate work across the program lifecycle.
  • ā€¢Own credit and commercial programs by driving credit/commercial strategy and converting audience selection, eligibility, offer configuration, distribution, and measurement into reusable building blocks.
  • ā€¢Create a repeatable path from idea to scaled motion by operationalizing measurable GTM initiatives.
  • ā€¢Develop shared measurement and experimentation frameworks for sizing, economics, attribution, and optimization across teams.
  • ā€¢Establish durable cross-functional ownership by driving dependencies across Product, Engineering, Finance, and User Ops, and graduating capabilities to the right teams when appropriate.
