Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a Design Lead for Emerging Markets, providing creative leadership and design direction across strategic projects and rollouts.
  • •Lead the end-to-end design journey from briefing and concept development through approvals, execution and store opening.
  • •Support Cluster Store Development teams during execution with timely design solutions and adaptations to site conditions.
  • •Translate global retail concepts into locally relevant, commercially effective solutions while protecting adidas brand, consumer experience, and design standards.
  • •Lead and manage the assigned design team and provide creative direction to design agencies, architects, contractors, and external partners.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Architectural Engineering or a related design discipline.
  • •10-12 years of relevant experience in retail design, including leading complex retail projects and design teams.
  • •Proven experience delivering high-quality retail environments across multiple markets with creative design leadership and stakeholder management.
  • •Ability to translate global retail concepts into locally relevant, commercially effective design solutions while protecting brand and consumer experience standards.
