Job Summary

Own B2B sales performance by setting and delivering monthly, quarterly, and annual targets through closing transactions and sourcing new clients. Build and execute strategic plans, drive new business initiatives, and coach the team on effective sales behaviors. Streamline B2B selling processes and SOPs, manage pipeline and order reporting, and maximize exhibitions and events to support sales, stock, and brand growth alongside Marketing and Merchandising.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop department sales targets (monthly, quarterly, annually) and deliver results by closing B2B transactions and sourcing new clients.
•Design and implement strategic plans and proactive commercial agendas to reach sales targets and drive business improvement.
•Coach and develop the team’s sales techniques and behaviors for both existing and new clients.
•Streamline operational processes and SOPs aligned with B2B selling techniques and best practices, including pipeline and order reporting.
•Maximize B2B brand portfolio through exhibitions and events (e.g., Ambient, Maison & Object) in collaboration with Marketing and Merchandising/Planning teams.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a relevant field.
•7+ years’ experience in a similar role in Home Retail or Hospitality.
•Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines.
•Strong negotiation skills.
•Leadership skills to coach and develop sales approaches for existing and new clients.
