Key Responsibilities

  • •Support customers on live voice and chat interactions by identifying needs quickly and taking appropriate action steps to satisfy those needs.
  • •Convey actions taken on insurance policies as requested by customers and explain insurance products and processes.
  • •Track and record outcomes of customer calls, online chats, and emails to ensure timely responses.
  • •Complete business functions within turnaround objectives with high accuracy and maintain/improve quality by following established standards.
  • •Review job aids, participate in educational opportunities, and collaborate with licensed insurance agents to provide quality customer care.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 4 CXC/GCE subjects inclusive of English Language, or a U.S. high school diploma or GED.
  • •Valid (not expired) government issued ID, TRN, and NIS card.
  • •Flexible availability to work any day and any assigned shift weekly (including weekends and public holidays).
  • •Strong written communication and computer skills, with experience navigating applications/CRM systems; basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) required.
  • •Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check.
