Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the principal customer contact for sales orders, maintaining customer correspondence on order status, changes, and billing/receivables questions.
  • •Create/edit sales orders accurately and efficiently in SAP and generate/send order acknowledgements and contract summaries when required.
  • •Ensure export policies and procedures compliance, including license applications, export classification, and customer denied parties screening.
  • •Work with Finance to process customer invoices, return orders, and credit & debit memo requests.
  • •Collaborate with Inventory Planning and Shipping to facilitate deliveries, create special tracking/customer reports, and troubleshoot order challenges.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a university degree in business administration or related fields and less than 2 years of prior relevant experience.
  • •At least 1 year of experience in Supply Chain roles with related experience.
  • •English proficiency for fluent verbal communication and written email follow-ups.
  • •Understanding and application of job knowledge and skills to complete moderately difficult tasks requiring judgment to resolve issues.
  • •Ability to collaborate with multicultural, geographically diverse teams.
