Job Summary

Drive inventory and logistics performance for Reckitt’s e-commerce operations by analyzing inventory, order fulfillment, and KPIs. Oversee 3PL KPIs and DC financial metrics, support vendor and compliance audits, and lead cost, quality, and process improvements for timely, accurate product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze and report on inventory, order fulfillment, and logistics performance; act as Key User for Blue Yonder/JDA WMS and manage WMS–SAP (IDOC) integrations.
•Own 3PL KPIs and DC financial metrics; audit cycle counts, inventory adjustments, waste disposal, and SOP compliance; manage expired and short-dated inventory reporting.
•Resolve inbound and outbound discrepancies (ASN issues, cancellations) and support receiving/shipping processes with demand planning and customer service.
•Lead vendor setup, performance reviews, audits, and invoice accuracy; support EHS programs, certification audits, and supply chain risk mitigation.
•Drive cost, quality, and process improvements; maintain project and savings trackers and act as point of contact for 3PL change initiatives and logistics projects.

Salary: USD 70,000 - 106,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
•2+ years of experience in CPG supply chain, logistics, or wholesale distribution.
•Experience working with SAP, Blue Yonder/JDA WMS, and Excel; exposure to system interfaces and TMS preferred.
•Strong analytical skills including root-cause analysis, solution development, process mapping, and change facilitation.
•Effective communication, sound judgment, independence, and cross-functional collaboration.
