Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Maintenance Supervisors to drive success of building and equipment maintenance efforts, minimizing mechanical downtime.
  • •Develop and implement maintenance systems including Root Cause Analysis, Reliability-Centered Maintenance, and TPM.
  • •Ensure maintenance team execution through delegation, planning, and organizing while enforcing safety policies and procedures in compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • •Troubleshoot day-to-day operational issues and provide quick solutions to equipment failures to prevent recurring problems.
  • •Design and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs using the SAP PM module and track maintenance KPIs to guide continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •Experience leading by training, coaching, mentoring, or managing a process or project.
  • •Advanced technical skills in mechanical/electrical fields (e.g., PLCs, instrumentation, mechanical engineering) and ability to lead resource planning in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Thorough knowledge of maintenance management systems, work order processes, preventive/predictive maintenance, and TPM.
  • •Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
