Key Responsibilities

  • •Own process performance indicators (yield, quality, cycle time, cost, and manufacturing output) and drive continuous improvement and benchmarking.
  • •Ensure process stability and manufacturing readiness by supporting daily operations, escalation management, process qualification, and technology deployment.
  • •Establish proactive process control using SPC/FDC and advanced statistical methods; lead root-cause investigations, corrective actions, and defect/yield reduction projects.
  • •Manage process change and risks by reviewing/governing modifications, mitigating manufacturing risks before implementation, and supporting compliance/audits.
  • •Lead technology development and ramp activities (new tool qualification, production ramp, and technology transfer) while developing Process Engineers and fostering an engagement/capability growth culture.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, or a related engineering field.
  • •Semiconductor process engineering experience with strong understanding of manufacturing process flow.
  • •Knowledge of yield enhancement and process integration, with demonstrated leadership capability.
  • •Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve chronic yield and process excursions.
  • •Ability to guide team members in using AI to meet company expectations.
