Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and architect scalable ServiceNow solutions.
  • •Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and developers.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model.
  • •Certifications/track: Junior (CSA + at least 1 CIS and CAD), Intermediate (CSA + 2 CIS and CAD), Senior (CAS + 3 CIS and CAD).
