Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate day-to-day transactional needs of clients, including deposits, distributions, payments, transfers, and other routine transactions.
  • •Enter and maintain client records; monitor client transactions and client data for accuracy and timeliness; maintain appropriate documentation.
  • •Use trust and investment systems to affect transactions, monitor accounts, create reports, and prepare client presentations.
  • •Respond to client requests for information and assistance within appropriate authority level.

  • •General knowledge of investment products including stocks, bonds, options, and derivatives.
