Job Summary

Operate asphalt plant and heavy equipment safely while supporting daily plant operations and equipment maintenance. Schedule inbound materials and coordinate with the production foreperson, Quality Control, and the Plant Manager. Perform pre- and post-inspections, routine maintenance and greasing, housekeeping, and minor servicing/repairs. Follow OSHA/MSHA and company safety procedures, maintain required documentation, and may assist in training other employees.

•Assist with training less-experienced employees on equipment operations, servicing, and repair.
