Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure correct inventory at stores by analyzing inventory status and updating ordering parameters to avoid OOS/OVS.
  • •Maintain replenishment model parameters (lead times, reorder points, economic order quantities, supplier minimum order quantities) and ensure accurate system input.
  • •Prepare demand forecasts, initiate store ordering, and track order receipt.
  • •Coordinate with Category Managers to manage relevant inventory.
  • •Dispatch orders to suppliers, track them, liaise to improve collaborative forecasting and replenishment, and maintain accurate records and reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 4+ years of experience in demand planning.
  • •Detail-oriented, structured, and able to prioritize while delivering solutions.
  • •Ability to interact with senior-level executives and manage expectations across multiple stakeholders.
  • •Strong analytical and communication skills, with hands-on comfort using several tools.
  • •Fluent English and Arabic (highly advantageous).
