Key Responsibilities

  • •Manufacture replacement parts on a modern 5-axis milling machine and cycle turning lathe; produce parts also using 3D printing.
  • •Carry out mechanical repairs on defective individual components of production machines.
  • •Produce parts according to provided drawings and templates.
  • •Prepare materials independently and handle parts, including lifting and carrying loads over 20 kg.
  • •Support maintenance and optimization of production equipment as part of the workshop team.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed technical training as a skilled worker (Feinwerkmechaniker/in) in mechanical engineering/toolmaking or related specialization.
  • •Long-term, solid experience in 5-axis milling (DMG) is essential.
  • •Experience with turning and milling on conventional machines.
  • •Solid experience with Hypermill CAM software and knowledge of Siemens machine software.
  • •Safe handling of SolidWorks CAD, with very good technical/manual skills and physical resilience.
