Key Responsibilities

•Provide high-quality professional services in retail banking to meet and exceed customer service standards; closely cooperate with the Branch Customer Services Manager; support Premier clients and help achieve performance KPIs; identify potential business opportunities and customer service needs; handle branch administrative tasks (excluding teller/cash services) including Premier account opening, transactions, and documentation, and assist in reporting.
•Support Premier Relationship Manager (PRM) in wealth management service strategy execution; manage Premier room resources and safety deposit boxes; deliver quality services to Premier clients (transactions, documentation, etc.); partner with PRM to strengthen relationships and retain/acquire Premier customers; provide support to maximize customer satisfaction.
•Contribute to customer acquisition and relationship enhancement by identifying service and business potentials and making referrals to PRM; identify opportunities for referrals to other business lines to deepen client relationships; liaise with colleagues across lines of business, segment, products and services.
•Perform branch operational tasks excluding counter teller services; ensure efficiency, timeliness, accuracy and professionalism; assist SFM with admin tasks and MI reporting; carry out operational tasks for Premier customers (account opening, transactions, documentation) and mortgage loan processing for PVA clients; handle non-cash transactions within the branch.
•Be equipped with multi-service skills and maintain flexibility in service task rotation; align with supervisor on knowledge and service skill development plan; pursue continuous improvement through development plans and on-the-job training.
