Job Function: QA, Test & Release Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and maintain complex email and SMS marketing programs in SFMC using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, AMPscript, and SSJS
•Architect and manage data extensions, data flows, and integration pipelines between SFMC and upstream CRM/data systems
•Partner with marketing, analytics, and product teams to translate campaign requirements into scalable technical solutions
•Build reusable AMPscript/SSJS libraries, dynamic content blocks, and shared data frameworks to accelerate campaigns
•Develop REST and SOAP API integrations to synchronise subscriber data and enable real-time personalization across channels

Key Requirements

•5+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud
•Deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud: Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, MobileConnect, Audience Builder
•Proficiency in AMPscript and SSJS for dynamic content rendering and real-time personalization
•Strong knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs for CRM integrations and subscriber data synchronization
•Experience with relational data extension schemas, SQL-based audience filters, and data governance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL)
