Safely and efficiently support warehouse operations by receiving and shipping products, maintaining accurate records, and performing quality checks. Operate a yard switcher and trucks to move loads between parking areas and bay doors, and use automation systems, screens, and pick workflows to build and verify pallets for accurate loadouts and inventory counts. Perform equipment pre-trip checks, basic maintenance/troubleshooting, janitorial duties, and follow Good Manufacturing Practices and food safety rules.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform pulling, loading, unloading, sorting, staging, stacking, pallet building/wrapping, transporting, counting, quality control checks, dumping/rework, replenishing, and other handling of warehouse goods.
•Verify accuracy and quality of inbound/outbound products and maintain required records (BOLs, receivers, pick tickets) per SOPs.
•Count and process returned goods from sales and delivery personnel that are damaged, full, and/or empty.
•Safely operate the yard switcher and automatic/straight trucks to move loads between parking areas and bay doors for loading/unloading.
•Operate warehouse material handling equipment and automation systems, conduct safety/pre-trip checks, perform basic maintenance/troubleshooting, and complete janitorial tasks as needed.

Key Requirements

•Pass a forklift skills assessment and safely operate PBV material handling equipment.
•At least six months of forklift experience preferred.
•Strong computer/Human Machine Interface skills and ability to use warehouse management systems and pick workflows.
•Mechanical aptitude and good math, reading, writing, and communication skills.
•Ability to read product labels/load ticket instructions, count large quantities, and work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.
