Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with plant leadership on HR matters and provide advice and coaching to key stakeholders.
  • •Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on inclusive recruitment and selection, including advising on appointments and promotions.
  • •Drive performance management and coach managers to achieve results aligned with the 4C strategy.
  • •Lead people and capabilities reviews to build organizational effectiveness and talent pipelines for both plants.
  • •Manage employee relations and investigations, implement country-aligned HR strategies, and oversee total rewards communications and HRIS reporting/workforce analytics.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5 years of HR experience at a middle-management level, with manufacturing experience preferred.
  • •Broad HR generalist expertise across retention, performance, capability/development, and succession planning.
  • •Experience in people management and stakeholder engagement.
  • •Strong written and spoken communication in Thai and English, with solid knowledge of Thai labor laws and hands-on disciplinary experience in manufacturing.
