Job Summary

Lead HR for the Kalasin and Sikhiu sites, partnering with plant leadership and working with HR COE/SSC to deliver smooth, confidential, and timely HR operations. Drive strategic and operational support across recruitment, selection, performance management, talent development, employee relations, onboarding, policy implementation, engagement, total rewards, and labor-law compliance. Maintain HRIS data and workforce analytics while coaching managers and strengthening high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with plant leadership on HR matters and provide advice and coaching to key stakeholders.
•Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on inclusive recruitment and selection, including advising on appointments and promotions.
•Drive performance management and coach managers to achieve results aligned with the 4C strategy.
•Lead people and capabilities reviews to build organizational effectiveness and talent pipelines for both plants.
•Manage employee relations and investigations, implement country-aligned HR strategies, and oversee total rewards communications and HRIS reporting/workforce analytics.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
•Minimum 5 years of HR experience at a middle-management level, with manufacturing experience preferred.
•Broad HR generalist expertise across retention, performance, capability/development, and succession planning.
•Experience in people management and stakeholder engagement.
•Strong written and spoken communication in Thai and English, with solid knowledge of Thai labor laws and hands-on disciplinary experience in manufacturing.
