Key Responsibilities

  • •Act in accordance with the InterSystems ARIES Customer Engagement Methodology throughout discovery, launch, setup, adoption, sustain, and ongoing responsibilities.
  • •Review proposal/tender documentation, analyze customer processes, identify gaps, and run solution presentations.
  • •Plan and deliver induction, advise customers on benefits and standard solution adoption, and map existing product components to minimize variations (including Regional Editions where relevant).
  • •Create and execute documentation and validation artifacts (business requirements/maps, solution design documents, validation scripts) and support data collection and data migration validation.
  • •Provide on-site training and support through dry runs, train-the-trainer materials, workshops/demonstrations, go-live support, troubleshooting, and support handover; liaise across InterSystems departments to resolve remaining issues.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 3 years’ experience working in healthcare with a good understanding of PAS processes in UK hospitals.
  • •Deep understanding of PAS rules, billing workflows, and requirements within private and public hospitals in the UK.
  • •Excellent communication skills delivering customer training, workshops, and/or presentations.
  • •Experience interacting directly with customers (including clinicians) and delivering strong messaging.
  • •Experience writing functional documents and business process mapping, with knowledge of information systems.
